Beauty Expert Studio specializes in handcrafted press-on nails, and each custom set is carefully created with attention to detail and quality.
Processing time refers to the time needed to create, prepare, and package your order before it is shipped. Because many of our nail sets are handcrafted and made to order, processing times may vary depending on the design and current order volume.
*Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Any estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and unexpected carrier delays are outside of Beauty Expert Studio’s direct control.
Please carefully review your name, shipping address, apartment or unit number, and other delivery information before completing your purchase. Beauty Expert Studio is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to update your information if your order has not yet been shipped.
Once your order is on its way, please use the tracking information provided with your shipping confirmation to monitor your delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Beauty Expert Studio, every handcrafted press-on nail set is thoughtfully created with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your order and have a beautiful experience from start to finish.
FINAL SALE
Due to the hygienic nature of press-on nails and the personalized nature of our handcrafted products, all custom and made-to-order nail sets are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer-selected design, length, shape, or color.
SIZING
Customers are responsible for providing accurate nail sizes when placing an order. For the most accurate fit, we strongly recommend purchasing and completing a Beauty Expert Studio Sizing Kit before ordering your first custom set.
Beauty Expert Studio is not responsible for sizing issues resulting from measurements or nail sizes submitted incorrectly by the customer.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
We carefully inspect every order before it is packaged and shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact Beauty Expert Studio as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the concern, and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can properly review the issue.
If we determine that an error was made by Beauty Expert Studio or that an item arrived damaged or defective, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a repair or replacement when applicable.
HANDCRAFTED VARIATIONS
Because each nail set is individually handcrafted, slight variations in color, artwork, pattern placement, embellishments, or other design details may occur. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
These minor variations are a natural part of receiving a handcrafted product and are not considered defects.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Once production of a custom nail set has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
